thinking about mindfulness and small things
I think mindfulness is about being in the now, in the moment. In doing this you free yourself from past and future anxieties. I’m sure this is a vast oversimplification but its what I gather from my conversations with A. This quote explains the concept better then i can:
The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice there is nothing we can do to change until we notice how failing to noticeshapes our thoughts and deeds.
with this in mind I’ve been photographing and thinking about small things and the beauty of the moment.
